Let me introduce some simple judicial essential term

1.creditor(債權人):
       A person to whom or business to which the debtor owes money or that claims to be owed money by the debtor

2.damage(損害)
       Loss or harm

3.damages(賠償)
      A sum of money awarded by a court as compensation for a tort or a breach of contract

4.injunction(禁制令):
  
     A court order preventing one or more named parties from taking some action

5.an interim injunction (緊急訓令)
       Injunction are often needed urgently
6.A perpetual injunction

       In the UKa perpetual injunction is granted if a judgement is given for the claimant in the main action

1.Brief(訴訟狀)
  A brief is a written statement submitted in a trial or appellate proceeding that explain one side‘s legal and factual argument

2.Admissible(受理)
  A term used to describe evidence that may be considered by a jury or judge in civil and criminal cases

3.burden of proof(舉證責任)

  The duty to prove disputed facts

4.Standard of proof(舉證標準)
    
     Degree of proof required

5.Settlement(協議)
  The voluntary conclusion of civil litigation by agreement of the parties  
 
6.Appeal(上訴)


  A request made after a trial by a party that has lost on one or more issues that a higher court review the decision to determine if it was correct

1.cause of action(訴訟原因

       the fact that entitle a person to suit        such as trespass or the harm resulting from a wrongful act as in the tort of  negligence

2.complaint(訴狀書)  
    
      a written statement that begins a civil lawsuit    alsoa complaint can be an allegation of a crime

3.answer(答辯書)

    the formal written statement by a defendant in a civil case that responds to a complaint

    in the USa defendant normally has 30 days to file an answer

4.breach of contract(契約違反)

   An actual failure by a part to a contract

5.debtor(債務人)

  A person or entity(法人such as business)who owes money
